Complete Unity Yoga is a family-run business specialising in sustainable non-slip yoga mats and yoga equipment. Founders Malene and Will, are both yoga teacher experts with thousands of hours of yoga teacher training.

Complete Unity Yoga’s story dates back to 2016. In 2016 our founders Malene & Will lived in India in a yoga ashram at the foothills of the Himalayas for 1 year teaching, studying and practicing yoga intensely.

Complete Unity Yoga was founded and we began our journey to disrupt the global yoga industry.  

Our mission is to continue to help as many people as possible to take the life enriching practices of yoga and meditation into their homes and daily lives. We will continue to make innovative outstanding products made specifically for yoga out of natural sustainable and eco-friendly materials through intensive research and testing.

We hope that you will love your new products as much as we do and find that they support you in your practice and life. If you do need to make a return, here is the information you need:

30-day hassle-free returns. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Product with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning an item. The original shipping charge is non-refundable unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us.
