How it Works
1. Add your chosen Happy Gift Card to your basket (you can change the colour of the gift card later)
2. Check out as normal, you will not be charged for shipping
3. The gift card will be sent to the email address you use at checkout (don't worry, this can be gifted from here)
4. Open your Happy Gift Card from your email inbox and choose one of the following options:
- Visit online store and get shopping
- Gift to a friend is where you can choose which colour gift card you would like to send and write a customisable message. This is then gifted via email.
- Download PDF if you would like to gift the card in person rather than via email.
- View Gift Card Balance which is so useful if you want to split the amount across a few different purchases
Terms + Conditions
1. The Happy Gift Card will expire 12 months from the day of purchase. You will receive a reminder email after 120 days, should this card remain unused.
2. If a refund is requested for any purchases that were made using a Happy Gift Card, the balance will be added back on to the card and not to the original payment method. You are able to check the balance of your Gift Card at any time, using the link in the email received when purchased.
3. Purchases of The Happy Gift Card are non refundable.
4. If for any reason you misplace your Happy Gift Card details, please contact the team at enquiries@happyplaceofficial.com and we will help you to retrieve these.
5. If the Happy Gift Card is sent to the wrong recipient, please contact the team to amend this. You can also re-send the card to a different email address from the initial email.
6. The Happy Gift Card is an e-gift card, you will not receive a physical gift card. You do have the option to print this out using the 'Download PDF' option on the original email.
Refunds + Returns
1. The Happy Gift Card is non-refundable
2. Any purchases made using a Happy Gift Card are only eligible for a refund to the gift card and not to a different payment method.
3. If a Happy Gift Card is used during a sale period or on an exclusive bundle, you will only be eligible for a refund of the amount spent and not of the full RRP value of the products.
