Accessibility

How can I book Accessible Tickets?

Festival tickets are on sale NOW!

Get yours here

We provide a 2 for 1 ticket scheme to those who cannot enjoy the festival without bringing a companion.

Accessible ticket types can be purchased online (with proof of accessibility to be uploaded at the time of booking) and each accessible ticket includes a 1 x companion ticket at no extra cost.

How accessible is the festival site?

There will be a dedicated accessible queue to the site which is shared with our premium ticket queue, and a signposted accessible toilet within the festival.

As both festivals take place on grass grounds, the terrain is uncertain due to the ever-changing British weather, although it is generally flat.

We have an accessible seating area at the talk stage and have our 'happy to help' on site staff around the festival grounds should you need any further assistance elsewhere as well as our information point.

Each feature area structure is low level and can be fully accessed via wheelchair.

There will be a BSL programme available in the pre festival email that is sent to all accessible ticket holders closer to the time of the festival.

If you've not been before, our festival is designed to be a fun, relaxed space. There can be larger crowds for the more popular talks and activities. There are organically quiet pockets of areas on site, if you want to take some time away from groups of people.

Workshops

We will have the workshop/optional class reservation booking available around May time, please keep an eye on our site for updates/we will also email all ticket holders to notify them when this is open. If you do place a booking and have any additional access requirements or queries, please just drop an email to access@sjmconcerts.com

Your companion is welcome to assist you at no extra cost within the workshop, however if they wish to take part, they will need a paid workshop ticket.
