We are a family run tea company based in Edinburgh. We believe tea should be affordable and accessible to everyone. We keep it simple and there is no judgement on how you take your tea. It is your cuppa! We stock over 100 different blends and there is one constant - excellent quality. We pack loads of flavour in and consistently win Great Taste Awards.

Shibui is a Japanese word and is a way of describing something which appears simple but has a complex nature. We think that this sums up tea. Tea is just your regular cuppa to most people but look into it and there is so much more to experience.

We are always looking to reduce the plastic we use and are pleased to say that our teas are available in compostable and/or recyclable packaging. It's also very important to make sure our teas are ethically sourced. We only work with partners which adhere to our own ethical expectations.

We are a proud member of 1% for the Planet, a shared community that donates 1% of annual sales to charities which help protect the environment.

You have up to fourteen days, beginning with the day after you received the goods, to cancel the order. To do so please either email us at hi@shibui-tea.co.uk or phone us at 0131 448 1598.

You must keep reasonable care of the goods and, unless the goods were faulty or mis-described, pay the return delivery costs. A full refund including standard delivery charges will be made within at most 14 days if the goods are returned undamaged and unopened.
