All Frenchic Paints are EN71-3:2019+A1:2021 Certified making them safe to use on Children's Toys and are low or trace for VOC's content.
Our product label outlines all instructions and precautionary information to inform the users and we would suggest that these are read before using the product.

1-2 Days

You can cancel your order for your Frenchic goods at no cost before we despatch your items. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us by emailing customerservice@frenchicpaint.co.uk, by calling us on 01276 469757 or by notifying us in writing. Please note that our Customer Service department is open from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, at weekends or Bank Holidays, a cancellation request may not be seen in time to prevent the order from being despatched.

Additionally, you can also cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery of the items without giving any reason and receive a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us. Personalised items or custom ordered goods cannot be returned.
