We have a 30-day guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a refund (excludes shipping price).

To be eligible for a return you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes when returning items.

Please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund, a process that typically requires 7-10 days.
