Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, self-care products (candles, bath salts, roll-ons) and sleep masks can only be returned if unopened and unused. Any item showing signs of use, scent, wear, or residue will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email amanda@cosylondon.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable.
