The book we’re reading this July at Happy Place Book Club is Will I Ever Have Sex Again by Sofie Hagen. I loved this book so much. It is honest and raw and astute and utterly hilarious. But underneath the brilliant storytelling and the humour is some vital information about sex, intimacy, body positivity, confidence, and past experiences that hinder us today. It also looks at the landscape today of dating and meeting people.
I was so appreciative that Sofie put so much of their heart, soul and honesty into this book because it’s deeply refreshing and I think it will help so many people out there. I definitely connected to so many stories and themes in the book, but also I learned so much as well. I actually loved it and I hope that you’ll read along with us this July too.
