Laughter yoga is a series of laughter exercises that involve engaging your diaphragm to produce deep, hearty and loud belly laughter combined with deep belly breathing which brings more oxygen to your brain and body. The extended laughter releases endorphins and lowers the stress hormone cortisol bringing you to a place of pure JOY, the breath work brings you back into balance and ease.

The session finishes with laughter meditation where you have the opportunity to really let your laughter flow; this is followed by a guided meditation to bring your body and mind back to a relaxed and grounded state.
