A gentle introduction to an inclusive breath work practise, the Smiling Starfish, that will see children using their bodies to guide their deep inhale through their nose and long and slow exhale through their mouth. The practice is an introduction to mindfulness, where children and their parents are guided to focus on their breathing and the benefits of this explored together.
