Our guide is a collection of practices that will help you deal with aalllllllllll the emotions you can feel at Christmas… we have meditations for feeling overwhelmed, soundbaths to feel calm, tapping to boost your mood, soundscapes and stories for sleep inspired by the season to help you drift you off to sleep.
